Shipping

Carniceria307 provides services in person or remotely: nothing is shipped physically. We do not use carriers, parcel services or tracking codes — your order is either handed to you at our counter or delivered by us in our region.

How the service is delivered

Appointments are scheduled with you after contact; the service is delivered at or remotely, as agreed. No shipping costs apply.

"Remotely" means you place and arrange the order by phone or WhatsApp at and we hand it over locally at the agreed time.

At the counter

Walk-in customers are served directly at : we cut, trim, grind, season or portion the meat in front of you while you wait.

For larger orders or full barbecue kits, we recommend messaging us in advance so everything is ready at the time you choose.

WhatsApp orders and custom preparation

Send your list to : cuts, approximate weight, thickness, whether you want it seasoned or marinated, and how you want it portioned.

We reply confirming availability, the estimated weight and the total price before preparing the order. Nothing is cut or charged until you confirm.

Local delivery in our region

We deliver within our region ourselves. Coverage and the time window are confirmed with you when you place the order, together with any delivery fee — which, when it applies, is stated before you pay.

Someone 18 or older must be at the address to receive the order. If nobody is there, we contact you at the number given and agree on a new time or a pickup at the shop.

Keeping the product cold

Orders are prepared and packed for the handover time we agreed. Please refrigerate or freeze the meat promptly after receiving it.

Choosing a delivery window when you can be home is the best way to keep the product in good condition.

No parcel shipping

We do not ship nationally or internationally, there are no carriers involved and no tracking numbers are issued. Any price you see for shipping elsewhere does not apply to Carniceria307.
