Carniceria307 is a physical neighborhood butcher shop. The website and our ads are a way to reach us; the meat itself is always handed over at the counter or delivered locally by us.

What we sell and how you order

We sell fresh beef, pork, poultry, sausages and cured meats, cut to order at the counter, plus ready-to-grill barbecue kits, seasoning, marinades and portioning on request.

You can order in person, by phone or by WhatsApp at . For custom orders we confirm the cut, the thickness, the approximate weight, the seasoning and the pickup or delivery time before we prepare anything.

Availability depends on what arrived at the shop that day. If a cut is unavailable we tell you and offer an alternative — we never substitute an item without your agreement.

Prices, weight and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include the charges described there. An order is confirmed when payment is approved. We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.

Meat sold by weight is priced per unit of weight, in the local currency shown on our counter labels and at checkout. Because a cut can never weigh exactly the number you asked for, we confirm the final weight and the total amount to pay — including any local delivery fee — before you pay. There is nothing added afterwards.

We accept the payment methods displayed at the counter or at checkout.

No subscriptions and no recurring charges

Carniceria307 does not sell subscriptions, memberships or meat plans. Every order is a single purchase, charged once, for that order only.

There is nothing to cancel and no card will be charged again automatically. If you ever see a repeated charge, contact us immediately at [email protected] or .

Adults only and independence from ad platforms

Orders may only be placed by people 18 or older, or by an adult on their behalf.

carniceria307.com is an independent business. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Facebook/Meta, Google, TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain or NewsBreak. We only buy advertising space on those platforms.

Food handling and no guarantee of results

Fresh meat is perishable. Once the order is handed to you or received at your address, please refrigerate or freeze it promptly, store it separately from ready-to-eat food and cook it thoroughly before eating.

Results depend on individual factors; we do not promise specific outcomes. Taste, tenderness and final cooking results depend on the cut chosen, storage, seasoning and how you prepare it, and we make no health, nutritional or medical claims about our products.

Intellectual property

All content on the website belongs to Carniceria307 or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. This includes our photographs of cuts and barbecue kits, texts, price lists and the Carniceria307 name and logo.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

We are not responsible for how the product is stored, handled or cooked after it leaves our hands.
